Spike was born in 1962 in Australia and lives in Dresden. He is a cook and loves to cook for and entertain his family and friends at home.
In 2007, he decided to turn his passion into a profession and founded his own catering company in an old monastery near Dießen am Ammersee. Although he is not a trained chef, the business became extremely successful. Mainly because of his enthusiasm, his creativity and his unshakeable nature.
Catering eventually led to opening his own restaurant, with which he experienced some of the best, but also most stressful times of his life.
Now he cooks only for his own pleasure and for the pleasure of his customers.
