At the beginning of March 2021, Spike visited the Dresdner Whisky Manufaktur, which is still under construction, and was visibly impressed by what will be created there. Now Spike has filmed the sequel and shows everything that has happened at the manufactory in the last year. Have fun watching.

Empfänger sind der DRK Kreisverband Dresden e.V. und die Tafel Dresden e.V.. Die HELLINGER 42 Whisky Stollen werden von Frank Leichsenring und Thomas Michalski am Mittwoch, den 22. Dezember 2021, um 14 Uhr an die beiden Vereine übergeben.
On 19.11. 2021 the SZ-Christmas auction will start again and HELLINGER 42 is participating.

Just in time for the Christmas season, we have our HELLINGER 42 Whisky Stollen. In addition to the ingredients for the Dresden Stollen, the Dresdner Backstube Hennig has also used our HELLINGER 42 in the baking process. In strictly limited quantities, the Dresden Whisky Stollen is a real taste experience and a great gift idea.
The founding fathers (Gründerväter) of the Dresdner Whisky Manufaktur, Frank Leichsenring and Thomas Michalski, have brought their vision of their own whisky distillery to life. To mark the opening of the visitor centre, the Dresdner Whisky Manufaktur is presenting the GRÜNDERVÄTER edition.
On Monday, 18 October, our fermentation tanks arrived and since today, Tuesday, 19 October, they are being installed in our brewhouse. The individual tanks have to be placed in their correct position with precision by the craftsmen. Only then can the piping take place, where about 2,000 metres of piping have to be laid to connect the entire brewing system.
